Yes, you can cancel a class up to 12 hours before the scheduled session. If you cancel within less than 12 hours, you will need to book a new class using one of your remaining credits.
Each lesson/session lasts 55 minutes, from minute 0 to minute 55. It’s important that you arrive on time so you can enjoy the full duration of your class.
Once you register, you will receive an email with a link that contains your class information. This link will show you how many lessons you still have available.
Absolutely — you can pay in a different currency. We can convert the USD amount to your local currency and complete the transaction accordingly.
Each lesson package, regardless of the number of lessons included, is valid for one year. You are not tied to any monthly subscription or recurring payment. You have 365 days to use your lessons; if they are not used within that period, they will expire on the corresponding date.
Your teacher will wait for you for up to 20 minutes. If you are going to be late, you must notify us. Otherwise, after that time, the teacher will end the session and you will lose the session/credit you reserved. Each appointment is added to your calendar, so please make sure your schedule is organized.
